All meals on this plan are Gluten Free and under 400 calories while still giving the body efficient energy to burn. This is achieved by having less carbohydrates with more fresh vegetables, while still having the same amount of lean protein as our traditional meal plan. The weight loss plan is perfect for anyone trying to shred a few pounds without depriving themselves of the food they crave. Simple, safe, and effective.

The Weight Loss Meal Plan includes either lunch and dinner or breakfast, lunch and dinner 5 days per week.
